(no subject)
Last night was the best. :)
Lyndsee came up to the gym and she and I went to the Cannon so I could get something to eat. Then we went to go check out that new boutique near the Buzz called "The Blue Door", and they were setting things up inside so we were peaking in the windows, and then the lady that ownes came out and introduced herself and talked to us for a little but. She was SO gracious and sweet and told us she hoped we came by when it opened, which is Tuesday by way ladies ;-), and I definitely will and recommend that all ya'll other girls go too, they had a lot of cute stuff and the owner was so sweet. lol I want her store to be successful because she was so sweet.
So then we went to Books-a-Million to the Harry Potter book opening party..lol we got there at like 11:30, and like Lucas said it was just insane, there was people dressed up like friggin Harry Potter, there were people wearing pointed hats, cloaks, all kinds of crazy shit- so me and Lyndsee figured since we didnt know anywone there to be retarded and we drew lightening bolt scars on our foreheads..lol and THEN, ya'll it was like fate, we saw a news camera. We got directly behind the broadcaster (it was WTVM) and we had out little scars and we were just CHEESIN. It was so funny..We were laughing and smiling. Such a fun memory..such down syndrome..
lol so then I got home at about one and read Harry Potter, of course.
Today was kind of stressful, because Christina Hall quit at the gym and decided not to finish out her schedule, which I thought was kind of inconsiderate, but anyway- so Tony put me on the schedule to pick up her shift not realizing that I had to work at Hollister, and I mean, I haven't really even proven myself to Hollister that I am a good worker, so I didn't want to call out- so I worked it out that I could work from 10-3 at hollister, then leave there immediantely and work at the gym until 6. Lame, I know.
But I'm satisfied with work- I got three long shifts at Hollister this week, 2 days at the gym, and Saturday I am leaving for the beach with Janie and Laurin! AND GETTING PAID $50 dollars a DAY for S E V E N days AND a free trip to Florida just to help work a tournament for Grand Slam Sports, and plus I get to be with Janie and Laurin, so I'm just STOKED. I haven't been to Florida yet and was kind of thinking maybe I wouldn't get the chance to this summer..
