Rome is a strange city; she doesn't understand the movements of the people, the way they have settled. Everything about the place is foreign and unfamiliar, but she can't help but secretly like it. She spends most of her time out of doors, romping around more like a child than a princess, and tends to the gardens and horses on the land.
Tasha doesn't feel quite welcome in her new home; it is no surprise really. Whom would welcome their husband's pretty little pet into her home? Tasha understands Clint's wife's displeasure, and tries to escape as much as possible. There are many places in the city she wants to visit, but is still not allowed off the property without Clint.
He has provided for her as he said he would, keeping her comfortable and in better and even more fine garments than the first dress purchased for her. Right now, she's settled in the gardens with some fruit, and is reading a scroll, waiting for Clint.
