Weird thoughts, maybe. But I was like thinking, my dong bang boys are really like the xxxholic characters. not in personalities (hell, they're individuals, damnit) but how their lives ended up just... being. yoosujae are like syaoran, fae and kurogane, destined (cursed?) to travel and roam forever, always just missing the chance (does it exist?) to visit (oh, it'd be forever) their origins, their love, their home. cursed never to be able to settle down, to grow attachments, to get back the ones they love. destined to be roaming finding finding giving giving giving. whereas homin are like watanuki and mokona (doumeki? yuuko? I know changmin will loveeee to be called a mikuban). they are kept chained to where they started, but away away away from who they started with, who their hearts have been attached to. in the first place. where everything lovely and yet all their downfalls started, craving to see them (jaejoong-i, min-ah, su-bun) again but unable to venture out to see how the three hearts are hurting along with theirs. because their eyes are covered by the chains, they have a name to keep, they have to protect this (what? tohoshinki, dongbangshinki, dong bang shin gi, tong fang xhin qi. it's everything. it... really is. who is to disagree, no one) for the sake of the 5 of them. and so they all held on, hold on hold on. and they all hold on. for the day. to the day.
