Friday night, rock on!!
Yes! It's Friday! Today we had shortened periods, cause at the end of the day, the girl who wrote Odd Girl Out (there was a movie on Lifetime too), Rachel Simmons, came to our school to talk. She's pretty much the closest thing we'll ever get to a celebrity. Anyways, she was kinda short, dark hair, and like really..hmm.. I dont know, but she seemed comfortable on the stage, like doing weird 'girl' voices like, "EH me GaWd, I didnt do thaaaatt!!" and stuff. Mostly she talked about catfights, which seem to be coming up WAYY to much lately. Like yesterday, not going into details, but a couple of us were called down for Amanda and Stephs fight, which is pretty much settled I guess, but I cant tell if they'll ever be totally okay. Well, at the end of that session, Steph told Jen (the counselor) that me and Sarah were fighting, so they asked us to come down today. I thought it was kinda forgotten, but Mrs. Ridgeley (who was being a total b**** today in Algebra, my worst class, thanks a bundle...) got a call during math on the lil phone in the back of the room, and I found out later that it was for me to go to the guidance counselor, but she told them we had a 'pop quiz'. WTF??? Miss Asashon never gives pop quizes, for one thing, and we didnt have one anyways, and I REALLY need to settle this, but whatthefluckever., all she could do was squawk like bird at me for 'putting the line in the wrong quadriant!!!' So now we're going Tuesday...*gulp*
After we had the program (oh yeah, only the girls in the middle club got to talk to Rachel Simmons alone- NOT FAIR), we went to gym, but just stayed in the locker room, and me and Cailyn and Sam were looking at our second grade yearbook, and after literally every statement me and Cailyn made, Cede would mock it, so I'm like, "Uh, am I being mocked or something?" And what do they do?? Mock that! So we just dont care, and they continue, so I'm like, "Ok, since you cant act mature, what did I do to you?" And she's like, "Well, u were all talkin' behing mah back". Riiiiight. I'm sorry, but that is an honest to God lie. Cailyn gave an ex-cel-lent performance tho- "Oh my gosh...I'm being mocked....I cant....*slams down yearbook and runs away 'crying'*. HA!
There was a dance, but that was cancelled, so I guess I'll just be hanging around all night. That reminds me-I havent practiced for piano in about 2 weeks! Holy crap! I also had to borrow money from Lonnie today for a yearbook, since I've been forgetting that for 2 weeks too (thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou for that Lonnie and Sallith =D). I swear I have ADD. *sigh* Hmm. Its supposed to snow again!! AHH!! I hope and pray and wish that they're wrong. Well, perhaps I'll go to the library tonight, cause I get bored soo easily lately, cept when I'm reading...hmm.. My dad got my easel parts! Wee! *jumps up and down* Haha! It should be awesome though....
You know, I'm REALLY sick of catfights, cause I'm CONSTANTLY being accused of stuff. Constantly!! I mean, I didnt call Sarah a w***, I didnt tell Erica who Steph likes, and I didnt talk behind Cedes back! Its not like I'm just one of those deny-it-and-try-to-get-away-with-it type of girls. I was in like 6th grade, but sheesh!
