- apparently the plan for tonight is to watch Firefly and sob my eyes out. maybe I'll really have fun and watch Serenity after this. damn you Joss.
- so I'm a Marvel girl. it's been that way forever. but I've always been interested in DC. and then the New52 idea was floated out there and I though 'perfect! I can get in and not be totally lost. good way to introduce everything.' of course then came all the shenanigans and DC being gigantic douche nozzles. but then I realized I could still check them out without giving them money! yay internets! so that's what I'm doing. I settled on 10 titles:
Action Comics, All Star Western, Batgirl, Batwoman, Green Lantern, Justice League, Justice League Dark, Nightwing, Stormwatch and Wonder Woman.
anyone have strong thoughts and feelings about any of these titles? am I missing anything awesome? are some of these absolute crap and I shouldn't bother?
- decided not to watch Serenity and instead have put in Twilight because nothing brightens my mood like 'THIS IS THE SKIN OF A KILLER!' hahahahah.
