(no subject)
Last weekend I babysat a family of four kids who I know from taekwondo. It went really well they all behaved, I didn't burn dinner, and I got to put the littlest to bed :)
They were all so sweet. They're good kids at taekwondo and I get along well with their parents as well, so I was happy to babysit them while their parents celebrated their anniversary. We went to the park, had dinner, played a few games of tiggy and hide-and-seek, then settled down to watch The Simpsons Movie. I thought it was so adorable when their parents got home the littlest had a bit of a teary breakdown, she's 5. I think she was just tired and overwhelmed by mum and dad being back and then realising I had to go home. So we got her ready for bed and put her to sleep. Then her brothers went to bed after the movie had finished. I stayed up talking to their parents, which was really nice before heading home myself. Overall it was a nice night :)
I have every intention of sending people cards, chances are they won't be Christmas cards though.
MERLIN LAST WEEK WAS SO SO AWESOME!! IS IT SUNDAY YET?? (I'm Australian which means I have to wait till Sunday to view it) Also for those of you who are Sherlock fans *FLAILS* THOSE NEW CLIPS!! THEY DO THINGS TO ME THINGS THAT MAKE ME WANT TO LICK THE SCREEN!! Cannot wait till 2nd Jan.
