Bleh. I couldn’t even finish this in one sitting it was that boring.
Quick rundown: Eliza Dushku of “Buffy” and “Dollhouse” fame plays Megan, a detective at the beginning of the movie who gets overly obsessed with the case of a murder/rape of a little girl whose first and last name have the same letter. She has a breakdown and tries to kill herself. Turns out she has adult onset schizophrenia. 2 years latter she’s recovering with the help of meds and a support group just in time for 2 more murders. She begs to be put on the case. Which I GUESS she solves. It’s unclear because she has another breakdown.
There are Lifetime movies with more suspense and mystery. But for the guys (well, and I guess girls who care) Eliza Dushku flashes her boobs. It annoyed me that she, a cop, would be wandering around trying to solve the case that’s been driving her literally crazy sans bra.
Skip this one. If you’re in the mood for a good (although very long) made for tv murder, based on true events, watch Lifetime Movies’
The Capture of the Green River Killer - not to be confused with The Green River Killer which is TERRIBLE.
