(no subject)
So I love school and I love work. I've had a rough past two weeks... traffic every day twice a day, a 40$ parking ticket, moving was hell doing almost every bit of it by myself (I lived on the "third floor" fourth flight mind you), construction causing traffic, waiting FOUR hours yesterday to see the head of my new major's department. Stuff like that. Every day.
But it's okay, because I love work as soon as I get there, and I love all the people I work with. I switched my major to fashion design and had my first two classes of the semester this morning/afternoon. Fashion illustration which is seriously the best and most fun of the two I've had. Next was an hour and a half class (as opposed to four hours) called literary traditions. My teacher is kooky and the class was actually fun and seemed short (because an hour and a half is...short.)
I worked full time hours every week since I started the job, it's going to be sad to only work a few hours after these classes. That is, on days when I have class. Because on days when I don't, I'm totally working my usual 8 hours. I love it. Also, I love Paris Hilton's new cd, and Beyonce's new cd, and radiodread's new cd, and dirty pretty things is obviously my favorite pick of the day. I LOVE! dirty pretty things, truly. It's like listening to the libertines all over again except... so amazing! I don't know how to explain how I was blown away by each song. They all sound so fucking good.
So now that I have my new fashion smashion major, and my hours for work, I can search my way into a 400$ room in JP for the time being. Not having a car is going to be awesome, I won't have to put gas in it and I won't have to worry about street cleaning!
I revived my myspace too because I'm alittle bit back on track with my responsibilities. I finished up things I was supposed to because I wasn't distracted. Now it's time for some new pictures.
Maybe some pictures from my birthday adventures that are soon to come. Fun world and apple picking with herman :) Some sweet a$$ cake.
