At some point in the day, probably after Blair got finished buying his weight in school supplies, when he got back to room 409 he’d find a box.
Inside the box is a Tupperware container of middle sized filled with one of Wilson’s signature dishes, tofu stroganoff. Made with all the yumminess of regular stroganoff, fresh sautéed bell peppers, onions, big Portobello mushrooms, a hint of red wine, sour cream and… well… tofu marinated in soy sauce and then baked and added to the sauce. In a slightly smaller container were healthy no yolk egg noodles and a loaf of bread.
A note with two sets of handwriting accompanied the box.
“Blair,
If I remember correctly this might appeal to you. I use tofu instead of meat in the sauce and the peppers, mushrooms, wine, sour cream and onions were all organic. Good for you and decadent! I hope you enjoy and just take this as a thank you for all the legwork you put in yesterday in keeping Aziraphale safe and helping him find me.
Hope to see you in class! JW”
In a much more elegant hand below Wilson’s.
"Thank you, my dear, for all your help. I couldn't have wished for a better person to possess, although I do promise to do my best not to have it happen again. It is wonderful to see you again and we definitely must catch up over tea. I look forward to it.
A."
[ooc: Believe it or not, the recipe listed above is about the only way my vegetarian Godmother ever got me to eat tofu willingly. We make it with tuna chunks now adays but I couldn’t remember if Blair was a strict vegetarian or not, so erred on the side of caution. ;)]
