Room 409: Thursday lunchtime

Blair was hanging out in his room grumbling about The Man and checking the internet to see if he could find out where Professor Noblet went to college.

He was not having a lot of luck.

Nadia finally made it around to the fourth floor and Blair's room and knocked a bit heavily.

Hey, you run around like mad for two days and see if you aren't exhausted, too.

"It's unlocked!" Blair called, in the middle of typing up an email to a teacher's union.

[nadiathesaint]

Nadia decided to take that as meaning she could come in, and did so. "Hey, Blair. How's it going?"

"It's going." Blair looked up from his computer and shrugged. "I'm not really finding any dirt on Professor Noblet."

"How's things with you?"

[nadiathesaint]

"Could be better. Why are you looking for dirt on Professor Noblet?"

[lovechildblair]

"Mostly because I want to find something really embarrasing that I can laugh about while I'm stuck in the detention that he gave me." Blair grinned sheepishly at Nadia. "I'm nothing if not immature at times."

"What's up?"

[nadiathesaint]

Nadia smiled. "That's not a bad way to deal with being mad, though, so good for you." She shrugged at Blair's question. "Actually, I was hoping I could ask you for a favor."

"Ask away." Blair closed his laptop and moved it off to the side.

"Can you teach me how to meditate?"

[lovechildblair]

"Yeah, I can do that." Blair said slowly. "Is there any reason why you want to learn?"

[nadiathesaint]

"It's my dreams. The prophetic ones. I wanted to see if I could meditate and make them more clear, or come at better times to fix things, or anything like that."

[lovechildblair]

"Huh." Blair thought for a moment and nodded. "Meditation will probably help you recall the dreams better, which might make them clearer and I suppose that it couldn't hurt on the whole directed dreaming front."

"When do you want to learn?"

[nadiathesaint]

"Whenever you've got time, I guess. The sooner the better. There's something weird going on now, and I've been dreaming about it, but I think I'm still missing an important detail."

Blair looked around and shrugged. "I've got time now if you want to start right away. If not, I'm free anytime this weekend except for detention."

"Hmm...I wonder if I could get out of detention for meditation tutoring?"

[nadiathesaint]

Nadia laughed softly. "I don't think so. I can start now. I'm done with my class for the day."

"Eh, worth a shot." Blair grinned and took a seat on the floor, motioning Nadia to do the same.

"So I'm guessing you've never tried meditation before?"
