Blair shut the dorm room door and started changing into his pajamas, thinking about his day.
Blair had started off his day by heading to the computer
lab to play solitaire work. He had gotten distracted by talking to
Angela and Nadia and somehow, Nadia had
bet him to see if he could act like he loved the man for a whole day.
He had his first chances at convincing people right outside his door. He had run into
Marty and talked about hunting gremlins and cat scans. Then he'd bumped into
Janet and had talked about government exercise recommendations and medical things. As much as he was sure that Janet worked for The Man, he was pretty sure that he had out 'Man-ed' her today.
Blair went to lunch where he had
freaked out Walter, Mac and probably anyone else who was eating there. He'd freaked out Pippi enough that she
literally carried him off to the clinic. News flash: Dr. Tommy is still a jerk. But he actually
agreed with Blair today, so that was a bonus. Well, a bonus until he suggested that
Pippi hit him in the head with a chair and in order to stop that...Blair had
shoved her. Note to self: Buy Pippi flowers. And possibly Blair's first born child.
He'd come back and had a pretty calm day, avoiding Dr. Jackson because he didn't want to spoil the
conversation they had the night before. Because Dr. Jackson just rocked.
On the other hand, Blair didn't have a problem going to student council coffee bar and pretending to be the Man. It fooled
Bridge really well, and
Xander too.
Isabel thought he was bit by a gremlin, but she played along for a while. At least he hoped she played around...because if that was what she really believed then they needed to have a talk.
Elizabeth on the other hand was fun, and she was apparently thinking about running for president some day. That would be too cool!
Angela had just walked away.
Marty...was
nuts. Just freakin nuts and after he
chased him around the room with scissors, Blair finally
broke his cover.
Then Cam had
shown up. And apparently Blair
lost his mind. For some reason, he had no self preservation when it came to Cameron. He had not only walked up and glared and argued with him...Blair
shoved him.
Twice. Luckily Cameron had more self control and all he did was
grab his shirt and push him back instead punching him. What could have made that situation worse?
Enter Molly. An apologetic Molly who had made Blair feel like a heel for pulling a nutty in front of everybody. He
told her that he didn't hate her...or Cam and then apologized. Part of him wanted to talk to her more and find out how her week had been. But it was just still too weird. He didn't know how to act around her as her friend and not her boyfriend.
Now he was here and staring at his best tweed thrift store suit lying in a pile on the floor. "I can't decide if I should enshrine you as the best costume ever or burn you in order to save my mortal soul."
