I had a meeting with my principal about my observation last week and he had nothing, but good things to say about my class and me as a teacher. This makes me incredibly happy. The class he observed is my worst one and I have to try so damn hard to get them to the right thing. I even have to be mean and I don't like doing that if I don't have to. Also it seems the school system has no idea what I'm doing next year. They seem to think that worst case would be I would be doing exactly what I'm doing now. And at best I will be a full time teacher and teaching the graphics classes.
In other school news, I will gone Memorial Day weekend because I will be in Jersey with the seniors. Myself and my friend Lis (a spanish teacher) are chaperoning the senior class trip to the Jersey Shore. This should be one of the sillier things I've ever done.
