This year's Wicked Faire was definitely different. It was weird being there as not part of the couple. That being said I had a great time.
Friday night I got changed into my Blind Mag poster red top hat outfit and went to find Terrance Zdunich. i gave him the little altered book/scrapbook I made for him of pictures from Halloween weekend. I then went to the bar for foods and drinks with Amanda, Tony, Sky, and Sean. We then met up with Joe and Niki. We had the worse service ever, but I had fun hanging out with all these people. Eventually we made out way over the main stage to see Repo! put on by the Midnight Surgeons. It was a pretty fun show and Genetic Imperfection made their presence known with our call outs!
Saturday I wondered around in my Queen of Hearts dress that Ann made for me. It was great and I got a lot of good feedback. I bought a pair of red and black silk fans, a necklace, a pait of goggles, and the 2 new issues of The Molting (Terrance's comic). I'm glad I got to see one of WEBS' shows. The one I saw was the Wonderland Carnival themed one. I really enjoyed Regina and George's numbers. To me they went above and beyond the other acts. Once I had wondered around a bit more and ate I headed back to the room to rest before the Happy Hour show. The HH show went really well considering the too low ceilings and talking/comotion in the hallway by the stage. My Mad World number went very well and it might be my most favorite number I have ever done. I then headed to The Come Again Players huddle and after that we all went and ate. I then wondered some more and went back to the room because everything for Rocky got puched back pretty late. I did manage to catch the end of Daniel Greenwolf's show and I was impressed like I always am. By this time, it was time to head over to the main stage for Rocky. Well, we didn't start until almost 2am, but it was once again one of my favorite shows. I played Crim with CJ as my assistant. I love, love when we work together. After Rocky I went back to Micah and Aimee's room to talk about some fun, new stuff (well for me anyways).
Sunday I really didn't do anything except get ready for the 2nd Happy Hour show. This show consisted of old favorites and was on the main stage. We had a great sized audiance and we all had a lot of fun I think. I know I did! After the show Miseph and I headed out. We hit some crazy traffic in New York City, but that's to be expected.
