What I should be doing: getting ready to go to the birthday festivities (showering, packing, wrapping presents, etc.)

What I am doing: taking pictures of the kitties sunning themselves.

Behold:

Too bad this one doesn't have surround sound, because she was purring up a storm when I took it. That's one content cat right there.

No, Lovey is not so much with the Snuggling With Other Catses. The prefers Snuggling With Her Human. I did, however, wake up in the middle of the night last night and blearily discern that there was one furry beastie to my left and one to my right. Peace for one brief moment in time here in the 'cat house :)

Re: 3/29, yes, I did see it, and duh, didn't respond. My bad! I do have to work that day, and depending on what's going down, may not be able to leave until 4 or 5, so I'm on the fence. I also don't know whether I'll be taking the train or driving. The former is easier, but takes longer and more planning. I am conflicted.

Also, re: leaving NYC on Sunday, 4/2...I would be happy to train with you to Trenton, but there are options to driving into the city to drop you at 30th Street. I think you can pick up the Amtrak train in Trenton. There's also a SEPTA regional rail that goes from Trenton to 30th Street, where you can catch your Amtrak. I don't know how much of a cost savings it would be, though...by the time you pay train fare from NYC to Trenton (~$8) and from Trenton to Philly (~$8), is there still a savings vs. picking up Amtrak in NYC? I haven't had time to check. I will absolutely take you to 30th Street if you need me to, but I don't drive anywhere near it on my way home from Trenton, so I thought we'd explore other options before we take that route.

Anyhoodle, I have to run. I'll catch up with you tomorrow night and try to make some plans, 'K?? ::HUGS::
