Oh now this is just getting funny~! There are so many good people and creatures here that worry about hiding their features at the masquerade; the entire idea was just to dress up and have fun. If you can disguise yourself- even better! If not, attend for the sake of the good time it will be! So, since most everyone is enjoying the idea thus far, I think it would be a good time to pick-- would two weeks be good? That should be a nice amount of time for Sakon and myself to get costumes together.
Speaking of, this is a matter I shall be addressing... *right now*.
DON'T WORRY AT ALL ABOUT THE COSTUMES. THEY ARE VERY POSSIBLE TO MAKE. They won't be as gorgeous as you young, lovely ladies may imagine them to be in fair off fairy tales-- but I think we'll all be coming pretty close! The very talented Sakon will be taking costume requests from any of you. He is an amazing seamstress//ter (not sure how that goes). What he won't be able to do, I can do very well with magic, and your costumes may end up being more beautiful or handsome than you will expect. Sakon will be using fabric left over from the clothes that are in the shops around here, UNLESS THE SCIENTISTS WOULD LIKE TO HELP US OUT AND MAYBE SEND SOME FABRIC ON OVER OUR WAY WITH NEEDLES AND THREAD. IT WOULD BE MOST HELPFUL, DON'T YOU THINK? HEY, THEY COULD EVEN COME TO THE MASQUERADE AND SAKON COULD MAKE THEM COSTUMES. AND EVERYTHING WOULD WORK OUT FOR EVERYONE. Isn't it nice how working anything out is possible.
So, figure out what you might want to be (and a date if you need one). Leave your costume requests for Sakon here, in detail with any specifics you want or need. If possible, please leave your name and 'costume request' in the subject line.
