I was walking around Penn Station the other day and saw someone in a Jabba Mask wearing one of their t-shirts and handing out fliers for a performance they were doing that night in the city. Then some other guy in one of their shirts walked by me and I instantly knew Ben Chung was somewhere close to me, for less then I would pay to see him on ABDC tour (plus none of the funds go to break skate). But I promised to get a pot of green tea and dinner with someone at Kinokuniya that night and I failed at stalking.
I've already begun to mentally prepare my friend for me dragging her to see that B2K/ Gamblerz movie...or the fact that I will also drag her to stalk down their Korean asses if they do promo.
I miss watching RJ attempt to glide his little incompetent ass across the stage. My work is doing promotion for Knucklehead Zoos performances in NYC. I got to work and stared at their poster for a good ten minutes trying to figure out where I recognized the name from. I'm not gonna lie I think Ben is slightly attractive, but it lacks Vex. Maybe I'll go for the lols and see how it is.

I'm oddly attracted to Ben Chung and his round cute head. i think its his deept voice oh and the fact that his freestyles (and dancing in general) are just COLD. its a good thing i wasn't there cause i woulda stalked his ass lol. tbh, i don't even blame yuri from kaba for hookin up with him, i mean heyyy get it girlll. i wouldn't worry about missing jabba n co. this time, they'll prolly be back sometime again, and hopefully without brokesk8.
i have faith in your gamblerz stalking skills though for when their movie comes out. i'm all for checkin out pics, autographs, dna samples, locks of hair etc. etc.
SUPREME SOUL SUMMARY TL;DR (sorry if this is written really strangely and incomprehensively i just had a 5 hour midterm -_-;;)
RJ was sooooo nice LCE (lovecallinearth). i'm not sure if he was being sarcastic or whatevs but i'll take it! me and my friends missioned to the show which was on some freaking center island place where you had to take a ferry. we missed the first show cause the forum ran late, plus it was raining so all my makeup and hurr turned to shit and i smelled like a damn wet dog. its safe to say i was PISSED. but they performed again! plus they were watching the other preformers with the crowd like normal folk. except slim, i dunno where his ass was. anyway, i gave them all hugs and told them i really liked their individual vids, like frost's krumping, and ish in addition to their group routines. george said he liked my tatt and mitch said he liked my hair color (lol).
BUT I ACTUALLY WANTED TO GIVE YOU PROPS CAUSE I WOULD HAVE NEVER RECOGNIZED RJ IN THAT BIG ASS CROWD IF YOU HADN'T MENTIONED THAT HE WAS OBSSESSED WITH YOYOS!
that's actually how i found them. cause rj was playin with some yellow yoyo and my stalker vision zoomed in on him ha ha ha. anyway, me and my buddy who's korean talked to the boys for a bit. my korean buddy (youngjae)is cousins with bboy wake up, from maximum crew, so him and rj and mitch were just talkin about how crazy korean bboys and the whole scene is.
ok this part is pretty much all dialogue so i'll write it like this.
RJ: (looks at my 'south korea bboys got seoul' shirt) "are you a bgirl?"
Me: "oh no i just really-"
YoungJae: (cuts me off) "nah, she just sleeps with em"
*All the boys laugh =(*
*I hit YoungJae on the arm*
Mitch: "What do you mean man???" (still laughing =( )
YoungJae: "My cousin (bboy wakeup) saw her pic and thought she was hot. So now she lives vicariously through bboys"
RJ: "WHATTT??? WHOA!"
*puts up his hand to give me a high five*
Me: *i give him the high five* "You know he's kidding RIGHT?"
Mitch and RJ: "HAHAHAHA"
i miss them lol. But damn you do promo for bboy shows and ish. that's pretty boss. i would go to their show for the lols. tbh i don't think anyone from super cr3w or KHZ, is attractive, but they seem like fun nice dudes.

They are the only BBOY show we've done promo for since I've been there. And it took me forever to make it click. I'm still trying to figure out how the hell they got the forum they did and a marketing budget while Jabba uses a guy handing out fliers. Literally within the same time frame. Who knows.
Ummm, I'm amazed my random stalkerish level knowledge of RJ turned out to benefit someone. Homeboy is obsessed. I'm glad to know that he is actually on the level of a five year old in real life. His obsession only came off as adorable. I must know if he's still rocking the mohawk though because it's a must have. He decreases significantly if he chopped it off.
I'm not even gonna lie Wake Up was probably the first actual Korean bboy that I could ever recognize and name. Then I saw his battle with Sick one day and thought 'who the hell is that other guy'. I mean Wake Up is great, but Sick DOMINATED him. Then it turned into the epic level of research and videos and discussions until I ended up where I am today...which turned into me lecturing a friend from high school about the fundamentals of Korean culture and just HOW bboys fit in and how they rose up. Then I yelled t him for calling a freeze a power stance. Yes, this ALL goes back to bboy Wake Up. SO random.
The t-shirt sounds badass though. Where did you get it?
