I like your top 5 asian list even though, once again mine would be entirely different from yours (especially because mine keeps changing once a week XD)

I use to be like that when I was so into Asian culture, but now I just keep to the basics. Cause I do listen to/or watch other people, but none of them captures my attention.

(That usually goes for female celebrities, a lot of females don't capture my attention or interest.)

They don't capture your interest especially if they come from a music group because they all seem to sound identical to each other over at Korea's side at least.

Are you saying about women? Because yeah, typically for me Korean men (mostly the idols) have this certain quality and aura that just oozes off of them. For females, they have to have the same quality and must just come out...cute. I don't like that.

The men have more personality, or at least they show it more. I might be a bit too harsh on the women but after watching many of them in variety shows like Strong Heart, they just don't appeal to me at all, and that added to the fact that they're songs aren't exactly of that strong quality most of the time, there's no really option for me but to keep my distance from them. I really like After School's song Because of You but they never sound that excellent when they sing it live. And 2NE1's cool and somewhat unique but I have something against the members. And the girls of SNSD very often come off as boring.

Never mind that other comment, well that comment I really meant too. But yeah most of them just don't appeal to me. Even if they have talent or their songs aren't doing them justice. They just can't catch my attention.

There are some girls that I like though, and if its cute then I guess it has to be in their nature and their personality. Not to be cute just because their company or they want to grab attention.
