I don't usually icon X/1999 (lies), but I was skimming through the manga while looking for an image for an icontest and the art was too pretty to ignore. In this batch, I was a bit more daring with the shadows~ I think you can tell who my favorite character is 8D

Except for the last two... 18 month old icons!! Back when I started D.Gray-man and was in love with the series, I wanted to do an iconfiend100 challenge. Obviously, those plans fell through 8D;;;; I really like some of them, while others like 28 and 30 are my not-so-secret shame.

If you want to know what volume the X/1999 images came from, it's the first two numbers in the file name. As for D.Gray-man, 3/4 of the images are from early on in the series.
P.S. COLORBLENDER IS GOD. At the very least, it's helpful! I used it to figure out what color to use for Karen's backgrounds and I think they came out the nicest. It's a nice change from the pastel tones I'm prone to mindlessly using.
