We're getting a house!! Yippee!!

So, it's official!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I've been approved for a home!!!! wEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~~~!!! As you may already know, I made an appointment with a realtor 2 weeks ago. Well  we filled out the application, gave him all of my paystubs, W-2's and all that jazz. We went over everything!!! The meeting lasted 3 hours!!!! . Well long story short, we recieved the delightful news 3 days ago that all went well and we are in fact, ready to buy our first home!!! I'm soooooooooooooooo excited!!! I've worked EXTREMELY hard on getting my credit in order and now it's finally paying off!!!! Our realtor sent over a few houses via email in the price range that we've been approved for.  Unfortuantely,  I only liked 2 of them so we are going to check them out tomorrow, along with a couple more that he found today. At least we know now where we stand as far as the financial apspect. It''s like I can finally breathe!!..lol Now that we have been pre-qualified, it's just a matter of finding a home and making a bid on it everything else should fall into place. The hard part is over... or at least I hope so.....Hopefully we'll find one soon. :) I am so happy I can't even stand it!! Our time has finally arrived. Damn straight. And it hasn't been easy!! lol

Everything else has been great. I am now back to work full duty, as of Tuesday. My Doctor finally released me. I no longer have to go to physical therapy or dr's visits...I'm HEALED!! lol AMEN!!  Everything is definitly headed in the right direction. I don't think I've felt happier other than my wedding day. :)
