Alright, so, this past week was seriously one of the best weeks of my life. I got to hang out with my best friend, and made some best NEW friends (collectively, we are all "the crew." Don't worry about it.). We went to Stone Mountain (where that whole Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays war crap doesn't exist. Even I was offended at how Merry Christmasy everything was... Aaron loved it, though.), Atlantic Station (where we saw The Producers... boo), ice skating at mall of ga (it was fun), and I finished off my Wendy's cups collection. Now I'm flying free to New York for Spring Break for SURE. It's going to be freaking awesome and I can't wait. Justin and Aaron also bought their cups (all at one time), and we were approached by a latino worker who was all like, "Hey, you guys need cups? How many? I'll sell you 250 cups for $200. Meet me here at 1:00 in the morning." Uh... right. Anyway, we did a ton of other stuff and I'm so bummed that all of them had to go back home. Hanging out with those people made me want to live in Virginia and go to school with them (and even be a theatre major for a few days). Over the break, I've learned the song Seasons of Love (from the musical Rent), saw 5 movies (Wolf Creek, The Producers, Fun With Dick and Jane, Chronicles of Narnia, and The Family Stone), slept 'til 1:00 almost every day, got a new pair of jeans, and took more pictures over a 4-day period than I ever have in my life (look at my facebook pictures... you'll see).
Now I'm at school. My first day. I had to wake up at 5:00 this morning to work. Gosh, what a waste. I mean, seriously, what a freaking waste. I want to die. J/k. Looking around the library, I don't see ANY familiar faces. Crap.
Chronicles of Narnia made me get teary-eyed a lot. I'm serious. Watching it helped me realize that Jesus is not kidding around. I mean, "even death itself turned backwards" for him. Best line of the movie:
Fawn: He isn't a tame lion.
Little girl: No, but he is good.
