1. What characteristics do you want your future wife to have?
I would like her to be smart. I would like her to be able to be good in the areas in which I am not so good (organization, finances, etc.) but not be naggy about it because that just makes me feel bad. I would like her to be similarly minded when it comes to politics and religion and general philosophy about life. And I would like her to have cool style without being over the top. There's probably more but that's a general idea.
2. Did you ever wish that either a. I didn't exist, or b. you could trade me in for another sibling?
a. no b. no
3. Sometimes I don't think that I deserve John. How do you feel about that?
I feel like that means you are very happy and that's good.
4. I consider you one of my best friends. In turn, that gives me the go ahead to tell you what I think. Does that bother you?
Sometimes the way you tell me bothers me but not the fact that you tell me.
5. Do you think you'll ever want to have a kid? Do you ever feel pressure, like neither of us are giving mom and dad a grandchild?
I think that maybe someday it would be okay to have a kid, but like many other things, I am not ready. I feel a sort of unspoken pressure to meet someone and get married ,but until that happens, I don't think our parents (or anyone else) wants me to bring a life into the world.
and for you: 1. It seems to be very hard for you to be good friends, or even acquaintances, with people who do things that you disagree with. Why do you think that is? 2. Do YOU feel pressure to have a kid? 3. I have always been friends with girls. Why do you still think that I am dating them all? 4. I think that church is dumb and christian stuff is dumb but I don't think its dumb to believe in God and think about that stuff. What do you think? 5. I think that 99% of all those psychics and mediums are just fake. I think that John Edward is a big fake and really anyone that makes money off of that is fake. I think that some weird happenings are 'supernatural' but I think most can be explained by natural causes. For example, in the San Carlos basement, when we heard that noise, it could be a ghost of whatever, but it also could have jsut been something falling off of the laundry machines. I say that it could be either, but you are sure it was other-worldly. I think its strange that you are so logical when it comes to people, but so totally open to anything that could possibly be supernatural. Why do you think that you think that way?
1. It seems to be very hard for you to be good friends, or even acquaintances, with people who do things that you disagree with. Why do you think that is?
I guess it would be the same reason that those people don't want to be told that someone disagrees with what they do: Everyone wants to be surrounded by like-minded people, and not have inner, or outer conflict
2. Do YOU feel pressure to have a kid?
Sometimes I feel like if I don't have a kid, I'll end up regretting it when I'm too old to have one. I think Mom and Dad would like a grandchild, but I don't think there's any pressure to have one. I also don't think that just because I might regret it someday would be a good enough reason to have one. Plus, I'm terrified of pain!
3. I have always been friends with girls. Why do you still think that I am dating them all?
I personally never hung out with a guy alone unless either I liked him, or he liked me. It just didn't happen. I think one person is almost always bound to end up with feelings for the other. So it's hard for me to understand that you'd want to consistantly hang out with a girl, every night, or most nights, or alone or whatever. It makes me think you like them, and then I think you'd lie about it to me because I'd probably just end up telling you that they aren't good enough for you.
4. I think that church is dumb and christian stuff is dumb but I don't think its dumb to believe in God and think about that stuff. What do you think?
I completely agree. Organized religion is what turns so many people away from God, when God has nothing to do with it at all.

I think it has something to do with the fact that we were never "allowed" to believe in ghosts or celebrate Halloween really or anything like that. I was always told not to even think that way, because it wasn't true. So now that we've gotten past that, it's like I have to catch up from the years and years of telling myself it couldn't be real. Mainly, it's just really fun to be scared, and do scary things. I also have discovered that until I know it's not true, it pretty much is true.
