[In front of house #46, Flonne's just finishing up putting up a sign that reads "Flonne's Garden -- ♥ Luceti's Flower Shop Of Love! ♥". She's probably been making a lot of noise the day before and that morning (hammering, the sounds of heavy things being dropped and slid across the room, so on), so the residents of houses #45 and #47 are free to complain about the noise.]
