Soul Alignment and Spiritual Cleansing
This online workshop facilitated by Karina, will emphasize the importance of Alignment of the Three Souls and Spiritual Cleansing as a means of deepening our relationship to our Divine Nature and thereby, our connection to all that is.
We are three-fold spirits with dense physical bodies, yet we have a tendency to remain "possessed" by the Talker and/or the Sticky One. Here, using discussion, guided meditation, breath work, journaling, artwork (no experience necessary!) and the Feri Practices (derived from ancient Hawaii) of Ha and Kala, we will explore ways in which to move out from under the enchantment of the Talker and the confusion of the Sticky One by creating Agreement between the three souls. Our goal is alignment with our personal Divinity who is utterly trustworthy, compassionate and wise.
This workshop takes place in an online classroom with discussion boards and written assignments. We will also utilize free teleconferencing where we’ll get to forge deeper relationships with one another, participate in guided meditations and get immediate feedback on questions and concerns. Teleconferencing allows for the dynamic exchange of ideas and energies as well as the added benefit of being able to return to the recorded call at a later time.
This is a five week workshop. You can expect to spend about 90 minutes per week engaged in either online or teleconferencing “class time” and approximately 10-30 minutes per day engaging in assignments.
No previous experience necessary. This workshop is appropriate for anyone from beginner to adept levels of spiritual practice.

Class work is posted to our online classroom on Wednesday evenings-you do not need to be present at a particular time.
Teleconference calls will be carefully and meticulously arranged to meet everyone’s scheduling needs.
