Wow..
I haven't wrote in this thing in forever. Or well, according to Livejournal it's been 61 weeks. Doesn't seem like it has been that long ago. Oh well.
Not a lot has changed in those 61 weeks I suppose. A few things have though. My dad turned 50 in December and shortly after that we found out he has a weak heart. On January 15th, he went in the hospital and had a stint put in. The last time he went to the doctor they said his heart has gotten a bit stronger and they upped his dosage on medicine, hoping it will help. If not either next month or in May, he'll have to go back and have a defibrillator put in. We're hoping his heart has gotten stronger. All we can do it wait and see.
I turned 21 this year. Can't believe I'm already old. I remember back when I was kid I never thought I would even make it to 18. It just felt like it was lightyears away. I ALWAYS wanted to be 18 for some reason. I thought that was such a cool age. Well, 18 has come and gone and 21 has also come and in just three months it will be gone as well. Time flies, that's for sure.
I also became an aunt within the last month. Actually 2 weeks ago yesterday. He's a absolute BEAUTIFUL baby. His name is Robert, but we're calling him Robby. I'm pretty much obsessed with him. It amazing to look at him. To see him from when he was born to now and realize how much he has changed in just TWO weeks. His hair is already darkening, he's gained probably about 2 lbs, etc.
Besides that.. nothing else has really changed or nothing major has happened.
Maybe I'll starting writing in this again. Who knows.
