I bought lace curtains for my bedroom. I like living in a house again, mostly just having a big comfortable bed. It’s dangerous though, I never want to leave it! I actually passed out the other night in it. I closed my eyes and when I awoke the lights were off and all my friends had gone. There’s a party at my house tomorrow night, I hope its bumpin’.
I am only going to cover people’s shifts at voodoo doughnut for awhile. My regulars are going to miss me. Its kind of sad. Norman Stanley, this homeless guy, told me he loved me multiple times, but im pretty sure he was fucked up on drugs. He had sharpie all over his face and was holding a bat. I think he is harmless, but he made me nervous and I made him leave. I am also going to work Fridays at a soup cart called Spoons on 4th ave.
Tomorrow I’m canvassing in the park blocks to register people to vote. You only have 19 days left. Listen, if you just had an address change you need to register! I have a small hope that somehow GA will be blue. Think there is a chance? I’m actually registered to vote in OR though.
I’m sad that I’ve lost touch with a few people I care about. I love thinking about Georgia. I hope you all are wonderful.
