Me either! Or his mother, for that matter. Or actually anything about his childhood. Waaaaah! *slaps people*

His mom appears briefly in the Manga, volume 5 or 6, I think. But I personally have never been clear about whether she's 'really there' or if its a flashback or something. Kantarou asks her if people can change (referring to Haruka ever warming up to him, I think).

5 or 6? Oooh, then it's in those ones we downloaded from Manga Fox then, eh? I just haven't gotten that far yet. Gives me something to look forward to, though. Yayzors!

It's 5 - & then there is the graveside scene in 7 - I assume that is one of his parents. Hopefully we'll get more Kantarou background in future manga...
