I got a hair cut yesterday, and was planning to color it myself when I came home from work tonight...until I read my horoscope for today:

question-- do you know a place in the twin cities where i could get my eyebrows dyed for a reasonable price?

Hmm. I've never dyed my brows. I go to Accolades Salon on Randolph and Cleveland, and I'm pretty sure they do brow tints. They are awesome, but expensive -- which is why I have to dye my own damn hair.

i know a woman who works at d. pugh at 24/lyndale; i wonder what she'd charge me...

That would probably be the best way to go. I have a friend that used to work at Ficcocello's and she'd charge me $50 for a cut, color and brow wax. It was super great until she finished her degree and got a new career. :(

why do you hate them? they're way cuter than where i live.

They're cute, but we've had ongoing pest control problems in our building, and every repair they make lasts MAYBE one week. Our kitchen sink is constantly backing up, and our toilet runs, and it's been that way since we moved in a year and a half ago. Blah.

Does she have centipedes in her apt too? Because that's my number one problem. I HATE THOSE FUCKERS. We had exterminaters out repeatedly and the only reason they went away is because I bought a bottle of pesticide and took matters into my own hands. HATE.

If you don't trust students, I think the cheapest salon I've used for my brows is HCX in Dinkytown.
