Icons #173: 11 Doctor Who and 33 Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit icons

It's been a while since I made any icons that weren't for a 20in20, iconbattle or dailyicons claim. However, in May I got tempted by two icontests. I had given up on those last year (the year before?) as I just wasn't into the pressure of creating icons on a weekly basis. Not even on a bi-weekly basis. Not to mention having to wait before posting
