"Yeah, Zell and Cloud are both realy cool!" she said with a smile as she walked beside the tall cowboy. She realy was greatfull to have Zell as a roomate, and already found herself becoming somewhat attached to Cloud.
"Um... you choose! I usually just eat in the caffiteria, so I don't know many food places around town," she admitted.
"Ohhh, cool! I've never seen a live performance before! Well, not a real one anyways," she said. Because a bunch of kids getting together on the beaches of Destiny Island lipsyncing and air guitaring just didn't count. It was also a dream of hers to one day perform herself.
"I'm a freshman! I just started a few weeks ago" she said all smiled. "I'm a little young to be going to a university though," she admited with a sheepish grin.
Irvine was still just a little bit off, but she of course didn't know what she was thinking. She was 16, and had skipped a few grades, because as much as people may not think it, Selphie was actually pretty smart.
"They're tons of fun!" she said, a bit giddy. "I'm taking Art, Music, Creative Writing and Combat Training! What about you?" she asked, wondering about both what year he was in and his classes.
"Oh! I'm in your art and creative writing classes!" Irvine perked. "I've been having exams, so I havent gone yet, have I missed much?" He asked, clueless about just how much of a trap Selphie was, but he wouldnt have cared. He felt like he'd known her forever and they'd just met.
He walked her into the grill and asked for a place for two. On the stage a bluegrass band was playing loudly.
"Realy!?" she asked, excited that she would have a few classes with the cowboy. She felt the same way towards Irvine and was finding herself not at all nervous anymore. It was similar to the way she felt towards Zell after not having known him very long, only the fighter was more like a big brother to her than anything. "Nope, you haven't missed much at all. Mr. Sephiroh and Mr. Gabbiani are both realy cool!" Her mind was already mentally going through the set-ups of the two class rooms, wondering if she had a seet opened next to her for Irvine.
"Ohh! What a good band!" she said in happy squeal as she watched them play.

"Do you like music?" He asked.

"Music?" the small girl asked, looking up at Irvine. Her smile instantly turned brighter, "YEAH! I love music!"

"What year are you in?" he asked, trying to guess her age. He figured her was proably a young looking 18-19 year old.

Ok, so she was 18-17, Irvine guessed. "Ahhh, it's exciting, isnt it? How do you like all your classes so far?"
