Ugh..dieting for realz

Haven't updated in forever, blah, and my first update in forever is going to be dumb.

I'm sick of being overweight. I don't even know why but I've gained six kilos in the last year. SIX!!!

I eat better than I did before, so I don't know what the problem is. When I was working full time, I would eat McDonald's or something fast food every week. I eat lots of vegetables now, and I eat fast food about once a month or less, so.. whatever.

I also had my blood tested and everything is perfectly normal - cholesterol, blood sugar, iron, glucose, thyroid, blood fat or something.. no underlying problems at all.

So, Japan has these jelly drinks in packets and I saw someone drinking that instead of breakfast once. I tried a banana one today and it was really good and surprisingly satisfying! So from now on, I'm having that instead of lunch. That, or a salad.

Also gonna walk more. I have been walking since the weather warmed up, and it's made me feel really good. The sunshine does incredible things for me, so I'm'll keep that up.

OH! Also one thing I want to point out quickly. Lemon water, with real lemon, is freaking fantastic. I squeeze 1/4 a lemon into a regular-sized bottle of water (550ml) and add a drop of honey, shake it up, and drink that all morning. It doesn't matter how tired or sick I am, it picks me right up and I'm motivated and energized all day long. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! HIGHLIGHTED! IN! BRIGHT! YELLOW! ALL! DAY! LONG!
