What I made/ate for dinner last night.

Hamburg steaks made with onion, garlic, and allspice inside.
topped with sliced green onions

Miso soup with shiitake mushrooms, wakame (both dried), daikon radish, garlic, green onion, and okra.

Rice, half white half brown, with a variety of other cereals in it including whole wheat grain

Side dishes:
Boiled, drained okra with crushed sesame seasoning

pickled daikon

For the sauce, or topping for the hamburg steak, I have grated daikon radish and little slices of okra, with yuzu-ponzu dressing (a light, non-oil vinegary soy dressing with a fragrant citrus called yuzu juice)

And tonight I had like a million vegetables.
(OMG AND KIPI JUST OPENED THE WINDOW SCREEN AND NEARLY JUMPED OUT!!! WE ARE 3 FLOORS UP!!!)
