This artist is absolutely amazing and a big Kuja fan. In his words...
Kuja is one of my favorites in highly original character designs by the makers of Final Fantasy IX of all time and I don't think that'll ever change. His character held alot of malace-missdirected and not-, he was eccentric to the extreme, a bit insane and revenge driven and in my opinion one of the most original bad guy designs I've ever seen from the Final Fantasy collection. In the end he managed to turn a tragedy into hope and inspiration for the very people his anger was once missdirected on.
In a way relating to a fictatious character helped me a bit through my various trials and gave me an out during times of depression as drawing this VERY difficult character to draw and actually attempting to do it well(Believe me, he's got alot going on in full outfit and everywhere else.) takes alot of time and art study and gets your mind in other places. Better places. Being a very androgynous male myself and isolated because of it, when I saw how much Kuja was appreciated amongst his other fans I really took to the character in relation and became more inspired to be myself in the end.
