A sick day, a skirt, and a scare.

These last few days have been somewhat interesting, I guess you could say.

NOTE: FORGIVE ANY TYPOS---THIS KEYBOARD SUCKS

Okay, better now that you know that.

So let's see...Friday was okay, spent my lovely 4 hours at work on register. Watched Chris build shelves and got all tingly with the fact that our Christmas toys have come in. God, I love it when we get new stuff and I'm stocking. It's like it's own kind of mini-Christmas, seriously. Felt pretty much the same as usual. Saturday came around and I felt like minor crap that morning bt I went to work anyway and did a heck of a lot of rolltainers. Oh yeah, Chris and I...we're good , lol. So by the time lunch rolled around I felt like I was dyng, took some Tylenol Multisymptom allergy pills and hoped for the best. They worked a little, but I think I was past allergies and into the cold stage by then, so they didn't help as much as I would have liked.

I got my top for my belly dancing costume for Halloween and regular use and a skirt that I enjoy to the utmost, both to dance in and because it is a simply awesome skirt. I will show you ASAP, Courtney, I swear. I'm pretty surprised that Andrew didn't look at the top and have a heart attack, it's a wee lil bit revealing, but I love it, and I love the way it jingles, although one of my first comments about it was that I sounded like freaking Santa Claus everytime I took a step, lol. If I have the chance, I plan to dance with it tonight and see how well I do in an actual outfit rather than a skirt and a sports bra.

Got home.....felt like I was three steps from dying right on the spot and had a time of it sleeping, I kept feeling the snot run down my cheeks while I slept.

Next morning, I could barely get out of bed and I spent the whole day in bed, sleeping on and off, watching Andrew play his game on the computer and basically trying to keep myself from drowning in snot and phlegm. I survived, after a high fever in the afternoon, and decided I was well enough for school Monday.

Wrong.

Megan calls me early that morning and is freaking out. She had a contraction, she was in a bit of stretchy pain, and everything in sight needed to be sterilized, sanitized, and fumigated to the utmost and it all had to be done NOW. So I was like, do you need me to come up there to you? would you feel better if I were there? and she said yes, so after a long day of battling with my mother and not getting there for a while, Dad finally took me in in the afternoon and I stayed over and skipped English class again today. We cleaned and talked and slept and I had waaaay too many Fudgesicles (but they were sugar free! and the box said two is a serving....so technically, I only had 2 servings.... right?) I talked to Matty, who has decided that she doesn't like the whole idea of being born and wants to come out in another direction, preferably the right side of Megan's tummy. Oy. I think I'm her favorite auntie, considering the other two are irresponsible, immature, and downright stupid half the time. I'm only irresponsible, immature and downright stupid 1/4 of the time, so there. :P That's how come I'm her fave, lol. Oh, I forgot Chelsey. She's not on that list, at least.

I'm pretty angry at Megan's sisters. All they think about is themselves...I mean, Megan sat there and did everything for them while they were pregnant and all kinds of other times, too. But when she's scared and nervous, they can't even take the 5 minutes to drive around the corner to her complex (right nextdoor to theirs) and just keep her company? After she asks them time after time? But I can offer to go before Megan even thinks about it, and drive an hour to sit with her and miss school, and I'm not even blood related to her?? What's wrong with that picture, hmm?

Anyway....that's the last few days....doing laundry now, getting ready to go read like 4 chapters and see if I can't catch up to what I missed.

Toodles.
