I love getting my haircut. I love trying to syle it myself for the first time.
This morning I walked to the hairdresser (in the rainnn!), but my regular hairdresser wasn't there, so another lady did it. It could've been worse, I suppose...so I was definetly lucky this time, haha.
On my way home I stopped at the thrift store at my church, which is only open like 4 hours a week -- so I harldy ever get to go...but it was open so I took a peek inside. Forever has it been that I've been wanting a cheap pair of fake pearls, and lo and behold there are two strings of pearls. So I got those, an anklet (that I'll probably just take apart for the beads, haha) and a barret all for $1.50. ¡Que ganga!
Also, today is Derek's 21st birthday. :D
Tomorrow we are going down to his friends house, near where he lives, for a BBQ celebration. I have a parade tomorrow at 1:00 though, and it's gonna be gross out. But hopefullly nice weather for a BBQ, lol.
