And you can't protect him unless you're strong. Wasting your time worrying about him isn't going to make you a stronger man. Want to keep him safe? Pull yourself together and start training. Physically, emotionally, whatever it takes.

Maybe he'll be back someday. Then you'll have the power to prevent him from slipping away again.
