R.I.P.
I think it’s finally hit me- Designs by Jonny is over. It was the saddest day in my life when I had to abruptly shut down my business. But in the long run I know I can do much better and the only way to go about this disaster is with a positive attitude. I think I just about hit my two year mark making shirts and bags. It was the best time of my life and I wouldn’t take back the experience for anything. Thanks to eBay, my favorite rock bands, and the support of some really awesome kids- my dreams came true.
I learned so much about myself and what I’m capable of. That said- I can’t wait to see what I come up with next.
My concept for the original ‘Jonny’ handbag design was a gradual process. I went through so much trial and error until I got it right. Each of these bags were only made once and sold to the highest bidder. Most of them were so popular that the prices were astronomical. They were so unique and so complex that re-creating a duplicate was nearly impossible.
