I think Trevor is going to pass this week. I just feel it in my gut. I am so not ready for this....no matter how much we prepared.
He spent the night at my house last night and I was so sure he was going to die at my house. He has been checked in to inpatient hospice and I am pretty sure yesterday was his last time going on any sort of outing. I am glad he had a great Birthday.
I have never been so sad in my life.
