Did anyone else watch that new show on TNT called "Dark Blue?" I really liked it and was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts.

I've been hitting the fic front hard the last couple nights (writing and reading, too, for my fic comm). My brain was starting to become mush but luckily the lovely lemomina came along with a meme and rescued me. At least

Veronica/Lamb and Veronica/Dick are insane ships and not in a good way.
Come on the girl hates hates these guys (ok she tolerate Dick in season 3 because he is Logan's BFF). She loves outsmart Lamb so their interactions are fun to watch but nothing more and Dick .. she despise totally the guy (and Lamb too ! lol) but she is entertained by his funny goofy dumby attitude so their interactions are fun to watch : nothing more !

With Logan in the beginning of the show she hated him but she still respected him,he was a close friend of her before and she was hurt by his mean rejection ; she has a deep connection with him. You can even see that in the pilot.

For Veronica/Piz i can understand the ship (but i don't like and buy it): the guy is just too sweet and simple for her. She dominates him totally, it's not an equal relationship and the actors had a good friendly chemistry but not at all romantic.
But some people liked to see Veronica in a fun, simple, nice relationship..why not the girl wants to be "normal" again..but everybody know they won't last, she can try; good for her but it's fate : she always come back to Logan Echolls : he is her perfect match : you can see it in their last scene.

And I'm with you... I don't completely hate Piz/Veronica because I know they won't last.
