(no subject)
Classes have been going well for me. I finally found another math class, so things for next semester won't get screwed up. I'm gettin' into the swing of things and I'm glad to finally be back into a schedule. I wish I could find a job already, but no such luck so far. I'm probably being too picky about it, but I'm not gonna go out and get a job that requires me to work a lot for just a little bit of money. I made that mistake with Movie Gallery and I refuse to do it again.
I was actually really bummed because I had to turn down a job on a movie yesterday. I came out of one of my classes to see that I had a voicemail. Turns out it was a guy from Showtime Pictures (he got my name from the crew list from Hoot) and he needed someone to work in the office. I really rather not work in the office, but Pam told me that you can always find a job when you're willing to work in the office because no one wants to do it...obviously everyone wants to be on set. I know I do! But I'm definitely willing to take what I can get for now. So yeah, it was a job in Miami and since I'm in school right now it really wasn't something I could do. So that was a bummer.
On Monday night I went to see Brad and Cameran from The Real World: San Diego speak in the union. They were awesome...funny, entertaining, and very nice. Some guy asked Cameran if she would kick him in the nuts and she did it. The guy was out of his mind, but yeah...don't know what he was thinking. I got pictures with them afterwards. Brad is freakin' hot ladies!
Lyndsay and I have gotten in contact with some old friends from Community Christian (a school we went to when we were younger.) We used to be best friends with these people until we transferred schools in second grade and lost touch. It's just so cool that we're all getting in contact with each other again. So that should be fun.
Not much else has been going on. Just school and sleep (it's hard trying to get to class by 7:30 every morning!) Anyway, I'm done for now. Hope everyone has a great day!
