SDK volume 36 - CD-ROM help?

Hello all. I just bought volume 36, which comes with a CD-ROM that has wallpapers on it. It's a little flash game where you unlock each character (starting with Kyo) to unlock 3 wallpapers each. At the end of 10 characters, however, the 11th doesn't automatically unlock like the previous ones did. Does anyone know how to unlock it? There's a field where you can enter a password, but I have no clue as to what the password might be, or how to figure it out.

Here are links to photographs of the pages at the end of the manga. I know they talk about the password (パスワード), but I don't know enough Japanese to understand what they're saying. Sorry they're so ugly looking -- I don't have a scanner, so I had to take up-close photos and then paste the parts together. ^^
