End of Round 2 / Beginning of Amnesty

Thank you so much for making this round so amazing! I'm really gladly surprised (and I don't even mind the two-ly adverbs in a row!)
I can't believe that with so little promotion--I suck at that! I do. Honestly!--I managed to give away almost 100 cards!
Here's what happens now: I will finish going through the posts, add tags, count points so I can announce the winners.
I'd like to give winners a 'congratulation banner' and participants a 'thank you banner', so if you're good with graphics or know someone who can help. Let me know. Thanks.
Round 2 comes to an end, but you can still play!
You can keep posting bingos and extras with your card(s). If you don't have enough material to make a bingo, it doesn't matter. Post what you have.
For instance, AMNESTY! 1 fill, 3 fills, 7 fills...
