Finally started reading the last book in the Sword of Truth series yesterday. It's been out since 2007, and it's been sitting on my shelf for a year, but I finally started reading it. I love the series, but the last two books really annoyed me, but this book is actually good. It's hard to believe in twelve books only three years pass with the characters. It really shows that the show Legend of the Seeker (which is based off this series) went no where, since the first season ended at the end of the first book. I never saw the second season since I was so angry with what they did with the characters and story. Makes me really appreciate the books though, since the show was just dog shit in comparison. I'll take Richard being a smart badass than a wimpy goof, any day.
