Vagina Monologues
Yesterday afternoon Brooke and I drove up to Birmingham to see a group at UAB put on the Vagina Monologues. It was amazing. It was well worth the four hour drive. I loved all of the women and i felt so empowered afterwards. The Angry Vagina and the moaning one were my favorites followed closely by the one who was molested as a child and then was seduced by the 24 year old lady. They were all good though. There wasn't one I didn't like although I will admit that the one of the Bosnian woman who was raped by soldiers was hard to listen too because I started bawling right in the middle. I was crying so hard. It was just really such a good way to describe and erg. I can't even express it but it made me really emotional.
It was well worth it for me to have gone to see it and I really want to see it again. I loved it.
