1 Week!!!!
at 4:45 today my time, it was exactly a week since i arrived in germany. wow, it has aleady been that long. i cant believe it. only 5 more weeks left and i will be back home in my own bed. wow...
anyway, so i went to johannas choir pratice yesterday and they were praticing for the concert yesterday night. and at one point, they kinda split up and a small group that johannas sister was in went to pratice their songs. it was kinda like a chamber but smaller. it was cool. they were singing "i get around" by the beach boys (i think that was who sang it) and while they were singing it, tanya and i were just goofing off and doing the hand jive. well, the crazy choir directer saw us and asked us to do it on stage at the concert. and being the dorks that we are, tanya and i said yes. oh, it was so funny. we were introduced as special guests/ beautiful girls from michigan. it was so funny. it was cool and now we are like his favorit ever.
so, at the concert, there were only about 4 songs that were not in english. now there was about 5 songs that the normal choir sang, 2 songs by the small group, 4 or 5 songs that the adult choir sang and 5 songs that one soloist sang (boy did that girl get annoying. and she dosent even have a pretty voice. at least that is my opinion) and only 4 or 5 songs were not in english. it was so funny.
Bekki~ the sang Elijah Rock by moses hogan (spelling) yeah, and they were stinking sweat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they were amaying!!!!!!
anyway, that was my crazy adventure.
