Funny moment of the day for Jamie...
So, Jamie has a stomach bug...possibly the stomach flu. This evening she asked to use my computer to check her email, which was fine. When she was done, I went and got my can of Lysol disinfectant spray and told her that I didn't want to offend her, but I couldn't afford to get sick; then I sprayed my computer keyboard. I know that sounds bad, but she laughed and thought it was one of the funniest moments of her day. Glad I could give her this moment to make her smile :-)
Well, it's been a while since I updated... Work is going really well. Tomorrow marks the 2 week mark. My co-workers are great! We just laugh all day and get to play games with cool kids!!! I literally play UNO and SPIT for hours a day. We actually had a SPIT tournament the other day...I lost :-(, but it was still very fun!
This weekend I am going shopping with Lauren, one of my wonderful co-workers. Her and I were in class together last semester and never talked to each other. It's so funny that we are now becoming good friends and talk all the time. I think she's great!
Hopefully going out with my co-workers tomorrow night after work for some drinks and/or dinner.
Got to see Feras tonight. He came over to meet Jared, who at the time was still out. Got to visit for a while, which was very nice. He is such a cool person, I can't wait to spend more time with him this summer. We may go see the new Bewitched movie together, which would be lots of fun!!!
Although I'm enjoying work a lot, I miss home :-(
