Here's the story: I have two "flower girls". Actually, they aren't young girls; one is 52 and the other is 45!! :) I used to work with the two of them, for about 5 years, and our friendships have continued to evolve over the past couple of years. Sometimes, they are more like mothers to me than friends! They'll be spreading silk leaves, not flower petals, as it is a fall wedding. We're going to go dress shopping in July, hoping to find something in a champagne colour, but they won't be matching dresses.
My question: What would be a good title for them? Since they aren't girls and they aren't spreading flower petals, I'm kind of stumped as to a name to 'label' them in our wedding programs. And finally, anyone else ever see or hear of this kind of thing? Thanks for your help!
