How did you make this list? There's a bunch on here that aren't recognized by the official Scrabble dictionary, but it's missing MM (yummy interjection).
ES is an alternate spelling of ESS, which is apparently how you spell the letter 's' if you want to talk about it (like tee-shirt or deejay).
It's the complete list of 2-letter words in the TWL Scrabble Dictionary, which is the one they use in Scrabulous (online version). I don't think TWL recognizes MM.

Intriguing. I own a copy of The Official Scrabble Players Dictionary (Third Edition, 1996), and I had the Scrabble page-a-day calendar in 2005. It came with a handy list of all 2-letter words, but it only has 96 of them at the time. It's worth noting that QI and ZA were both added in April 2006. Have all these other words really been added since then? Perhaps my Scrabble dictionary is getting out of date...

your other commenter is right: MM is listed in the scrabulous dictionary (and very well should be, since HM is too).
OS means a couple of other things, most relevantly medical things. for instance, on your ob/gyn rotation you will be examining the cervical os.
another complaint besides EW: since they have all those scottish words, they should have the Welsh word for dad, DA.
