breakfast - bowl of life w banana and skim milk
snack - 10 almonds, 5 raspberries, 1 lite string cheese
dinner - 1 veg burger, 1 piece of cheese, tomato, lettuce, mustard, ketchup, pineapple
snack - 1 apple, 2 tbsp chunky peanut butter, 2 tsp chunky pean butter
exercise - in order:
45 min elliptical
35 min bike
30 min elliptical
35 min bike
& then, i spent 3 hours at the gym total, so the rest of the time (which comes out to 35 min tho it didn't seem that long?? but i was forsure there 3 hours) on other machines/ exercises/ weights
& 1 hour ballet class. i'm starting up ballet again :) unfortunately, every girl but me and this other girl dropped. so we're the only 2 point dancers D: so there aren't many classes i can take that are my level Dx
ps TODAY WAS THE PERFECT DAY. till my late inght snack xD
