and the onslaught begins again.
i don't know why i bother trying to make timetabling easier for my students. i inevitably end up spending all that time i saved, having to explain that the reason they can't select that tutorial on friday afternoon is because they have to be in a lecture on the other side of the campus on friday afternoon. if they actually READ their timetable, they would know this!!! but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! i have to explain what is right there in front of them, detailed clearly in words and in a colour coded grid version of the timetable.
