When you send me a letter that says "your phone service will be connected on Friday 19th January", please actually make it happen.
Also, when I ring up to find out why my phone hasn't been connected (5 phone calls in the last 4 days, with over 10 minutes on hold for each phone call) PLEASE ANSWER YOUR FUCKING PHONE!!!
